We use egg replacement in many of our recipes. In fact, often we are able to make a recipe vegan just by substituting flax eggs for chicken eggs. It is easy and nutritious.
1 T ground flax seeds
3 T water
- Mix together and let stand for 15 minutes or until gelatinous.
Weather conditions do affect how quickly this happens.
